There’s nothing like meditating and finding inner peace on a Tuesday morning – especially when you’ve spent the entire New Year period doing beer bongs and destroying your body beyond repair.

That’s why we’re very glad to have stunning yoga instructor Pixie on board for this week’s edition of Tuesday Without.
