The complainant believes Pornhub have violated the US Disabilities Act by not offering closed captions on their videos.

US porn streaming leaders Pornhub are being taken to court for not allowing full access to their videos for people with disabilities, TMZ reports. Yaroslav Suris, a deaf man has claimed that he is unable to enjoy videos such as “Hot Step Aunt Babysits Disobedient Nephew,” and “Sexy Cop Gets Witness to Talk” without closed captions.

Fair’s fair I suppose, but still, you can pretty much guess what dialogue is happening in these videos right? Suris also states that he and those in similar situations would shell out dough for Pornhub’s premium subscription but calls it pointless without closed captioning.

His main objective from the lawsuit is to get Pornhub to add the captions, plus damages. Stay tuned.
