Mark Oblow’s latest collaboration with RVCA is just another notch in his belt.

Having grown up in Hawaii, Oblow was ingrained in the worlds of surf, skate and punk rock, with his first artworks seeing him replicate The Clash’s logos onto his board. Rock The Casbah! Since then, he’s become a seasoned mixed media artist working confidently in photography, design and painting, having worked with everyone from Lil Wayne to David Beckham, with work appearing everywhere from Thrasher and GQ.

Now, Oblow continues his longstanding relationship with RVCA with his own clothing collection, where he reinterprets his classic works into clothing. Palm trees and skulls feature heavily throughout the collection, printed on bucket hats, shirts and shorts in matching indigo. Like denim, but way breezier. Elsewhere, more detailed images offer a refreshing twist on Oblow’s work that can be worn out with ease.

The collection is available now in limited numbers. Head to Apparel Collective in Freshwater (NSW), Alfred’s Apartment in Mermaid Beach (QLD) and RVCA Byron Bay for your fix:
