Good news for Sydneysiders and skaters looking for a dose of Vans – the brand’s concept store in The Galeries, smack bang in the middle of the CBD.

The flagship store has undergone a serious makeover – a completely revamped fit that will be open for trade from December 9th, just in time for all your Christmas needs. Expect to shop all your Vans footwear, accessories and clothing in a completely new space that’ll dazzle your eyeballs.

The launch party will feature a performance from Brisbane yahoos Dune Rats as well as Sydney-based artist Harrison Earl, who’ll be recreating some of his nifty works onto the brand new canvas of Vans shoes. Take a look at some of his inspiring work here:

Visualising human extinction? Same. Continuing on throughout December 9th and 10th, Harrison will be in store drawing his magic, so you can head down to The Galeries and see customised kicks from the man himself. If you happen to be around the CBD way this weekend, make your way to Vans’ new space via George St or Pitt St and help celebrate another accolade on the brand’s 50th birthday.
