Just a few days after the first wave of Splendour In The Grass sideshows arrived, producer RL Grime has unveiled a string of headline dates for Australia and New Zealand, marking his first trip since 2015.
A leader in the bass-heavy blend of rap and dance, RL Grime has remixed the likes of Chief Keef, The Weeknd and Kanye West with wildly popular results – injecting them with colossal drops, harrowing synths and rave elements. His originals and collaborations (including What So Not, Skrillex and Djemba Djemba) have also soundtracked chaotic dancefloors across the globe, and now it’s Australia’s turn to relish in the darkness. This trip will mark Rl Grime’s biggest Australian yet, with ambitious venues that are sure to fill out in a flash.
