Having already given us a taste of their upcoming Holiday Food EP with the tongue-suckin’ video for ‘Spring Has Sprung,’ the troublesome trio of Skegss are back with ‘Got On My Skateboard.’

The new single was recently premiered on Triple J and has now emerged online for our listening pleasure. Starting off with some nostalgic strings before the airy vocals float into your earholes, ‘Got On My Skateboard’ is another breezy jam that’ll be the perfect soundtrack to the wind blowing through your hair on an undisturbed Friday arvo.

Just like blowing the dust out of a Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater cartridge, Skegss’ new single evokes memories of your glistening, carefree youth.

Along with the single, Skegss have revealed the tracklist for the Holiday Food EP which arrives on April 7, and it features a song called ‘You Probably Won’t Die For A While.’ Comforting. Prepare to stage dive when Skegss tour the country with newfound beer creators Dune Rats this March, but unfortunately all shows are now sold out.
