The Weeknd has dropped another video from his bangin’ third album Starboy, linking up once again with director BRTHR for ‘Party Monster’.
You know that this video is gonna be good when it opens up with Goosebumps-esque font in the introduction, and the remainder of the clip is hypercolour debauchery starring the XO crooner, a couple of ladies and an automobile. Still, despite all the swirling neon lights and flashes, the clip still holds an eerie and slightly spooky aesthetic that runs parallel to The Weeknd’s catalogue.
We don’t expect that this will be nearly as popular as the Daft Punk produced ‘Starboy,’ but ‘Party Monster’ is one that’s still worthy of having on replay during summer nights. Watch The Weeknd in action below:
