Just in time for the weekend, Mandurah four-piece The Gusset hit us with banger ‘Days’ and a fresh new clip.

Is there better way to spend your weekend than hanging out in a forest or beach, sipping on a couple of cold ones and listening to great tunes? Watching indie-rock lords The Gusset’s new clip ‘Days,’ we are getting seriously itchy feet, and they may have just provided the perfect tune to take on a road trip.

The track is a groovy number that singer Jack Skelly says is a kind of love letter to summers gone by. “The song is essentially about all the fun we’ve had over the past couple years, writing music, playing gigs and just enjoying our time as good mates. The song was written from a nostalgia for summer, and the memories we made over the previous summer period,” Jack says.

The video, which was directed by Dylan Brown captures some of the amazing features of the Western Australian coastline, such as the beautiful forests, rolling hills, crystal clear waters and delicious ciggies. But don’t just take our word for it, check out the video below and keep your ears peeled for more news from The Gusset.
