The Wollongong garage-rockers return with another gritty tune.
It seems that there’s no slowing down The Pinheads at the moment. The rough-around-the-edges indie five-piece have just wrapped a run of well-received SXSW shows and are heading full steam towards the May release of their much anticipated sophomore LP, Is This Real. Today, we have their latest offering ‘Feel It Now’, which further cements their status as emerging darlings of the Australian psych scene.
The upbeat tune is full of sugary hooks that balance nicely with moments of fuzzy chaos, and the clip is no different. Shot by James Kates over a few SXSW gigs and a night out in Austin, the grainy footage shows no shortage of personality as we follow the band’s adventures under the bright lights of the city.
