Video Premiere: Sydney Rapper Frogman Offers The Ominous ‘Up In A Flame’

Frogman is back!

You probably recognise the ever-charismatic Frogman from his commanding bars as a member of local hip-hop crew Beastside, as well as his very notable cameos in the Streets of Sydney web-series. And while he’s been involved in the Sydney rap scene for many years, he’s about to drop his first solo body of work. It’s all Frog, and no filler! Here we have ‘Up In A Flame,’ the lead single taken from his Pond Scum EP which will be dropping in full this June.

‘Up In A Flame’ isn’t the type of track that’ll punch you in the face; instead, it looms ominously above the listener with Frogman spitting composed, nonchalant punchlines and similes aplenty. The ghostly production adds to the track’s spooky aura, as well as a DIY video filmed in a warehouse that takes inspiration from horrorcore clips of yesteryear.
