Tyler, The Creator has released a subtly-titled song named ‘Fuck It’ which addresses his recent ban from Australia.

Tyler’s plans to bring his Cherry Bomb tour to Australia in 2015 were halted after a successful campaign from feminist organisation Collective Shout, with the Australian government denying the OFWGKTA rapper a visa on the basis of his lyrics.

On ‘Fuck It’, Tyler raps “Tell Australia I’m sneaking in with a mic in my damn hand/Instead of the vegetables that I packed in my backpack/When Marshall had this problem what the fuck was they telling him?/Is it cause of status or his melanin lacks black?”

Collective Shout have since responded to the brooding track, saying that Tyler has “essentially had a tantrum to music.”

“While he may have been a young man when he wrote music describing raping women, mutilating their bodies, locking them in his basement and raping their corpses, he’s not a child anymore, and he is yet to grow up and take responsibility for what he has put out into the world,” Caitlin Roper of Collective Shout said.

Strangely enough, it seems like Tyler and Collective Shout can agree on one thing – they’re both still unsure as to why Eminem was allowed in the country.

“Collective Shout partnered with a coalition of domestic violence organisations in 2013 calling on the government to deny Eminem a visa,” she said.
