Having wowed viewers everywhere from Cannes to the Sydney Film Festival, Spike Lee’s latest masterpiece BlacKkKlansman once again lived up to all the buzz, as lucky moviegoers who were invited to attend last night’s screening at Village Cinemas can certainly vouch for.
The Universal Pictures film that follows the real life story of an African American police officer who infiltrates the Klu Klux Kllan, was the subject of much chatter as we swapped popcorn for cocktails and headed to the Jam Gallery for a post-movie debrief with friends.
