Indeed, it doesn’t get more Aussie than Mr. Done, who’s Barrier Reef Garden artwork has been resurrected and reinterpreted in thong form by Havaianas, well over three decades later. Moreover, part of the proceeds from the collabo will go towards the Great Barrier Reef Foundation, who drive their efforts towards preserving Australia’s natural wonder.
Last night, Havaianas and Ken Done’s collaboration launched in Sydney at The Rocks, with the face (and feet) of the campaign Mimi Elashiry also in the house and tunes from Valerie Yum. See pics from the colourful night above and grab the thongs from Havaianas right here:
