The Sudanese-British fashion icon teams up with CK for the premiere of Luca Guadagnino’s new film thriller Suspiria in Venice.

You could certainly sense the buzz in the air as stars from all over the globe descended on Italy for the coveted 75th Venice Film Festival at Sala Grade. With festival favourites First Man, A Star Is Born and Suspiria widely garnering praise from critics and attendees alike, there was already whispers getting around about potential Oscar nods.

The true standout, however, was actress and model Alek Wek. Known for crushing stereotypes and going against the grain, the Suspiria star radiated confidence as she set the red carpet in her Calvin Klein By Appointment coral silk gown. But don’t just take our word for it, check out the images below:
