Converse’s new Chuck Taylors – our verdict
All Star 2.0
Fashion 5y

So you’ve already ingested the news that Converse have been tampering with their classic. The Chuck Taylor All Star II now exist in RL and despite any sweat you’ve had, it’s time to breath out.

We were lucky enough to be made privvy to the deets and data. And even got to try some pairs. For Converse, gambling a battle with the “if not’s broken, don’t fix it” posse was always going to be a tough dual considering the love attached to such an iconic design. They won though.

And as the tech specs imply, they’re heaps comfier. Gotta’ love tech specs:

·         Nike Lunarlon sockliner for superior full foot cushioning and arch support
·         Foam padded collar and non-slip gusseted tongue for 360-degree comfort
·         A perforated micro suede liner, for breathability during extended periods of wear.

Lets just hope they sign J.R.Smith J.R.Swish so we can watch them fly across an NBA floor again.

RRP $120  Colours: Black, White, Red and Blue.

Exclusively at the Converse Melbourne Central Flagship Store, and selected Foot Locker, Hype DC and Platypus Shoes doors across the country.
