A lot of familiar faces.

It’s a little over a year since New Zealand clothing label Huffer hopped over the Tasman and set up shop in Sydney, Australia.

With one store sitting in Newtown and another just a heartbeat away from Bondi Beach, the Huffer crew have had plenty of time to meet new people, make new friends and engage with the eclectic local communities here in Sydney. Now, Huffer are paying homage to the people who have inspired the brand during their Australian residency so far, as shown in their new ‘LOCAL’ campaign.

The photoshoot celebrates Huffer’s first year in Australia, and fittingly, was shot over two days in the Huffer apartment while the team was still recovering from their birthday celebrations at Newtown Hotel. We see a lot of familiar faces here: DJs from Captain Franco (Halfway Crooks) to Tennessee (SETTINGS°) are profiled here, as well as local power couple, rapper Phil Fresh and illustrator Martina Martian. And if you look extra close, you might just spot a face (or three) from the Life Without Andy team.

You can see the people (and one cute dog) who inspire Huffer below, while the brand will be covering the work of these individuals with greater focus throughout the year. Check it out, and shop the items over on Huffer’s online store:
