Australian creative talent Margaret Zhang has appeared in the latest issue of ELLE Australia, in editorial captured completely on iPhone 7 Plus.

The photographer, stylist, writer and brains behind the Shine By Three blog has been recognised globally for her diverse talents, working with the likes of Louis Vuitton and the GOAT himself, Kanye West. In contrast to the chic cover, the images of Zhang inside ELLE have a distinctly grainy and DIY feel to them, like rummaging through the camera roll of a lost phone – with Georges Antoni behind the iPhone miniature lens.

In the accompanying interview, Zhang talks about social media, the online sphere, and breaking into the game young. “I have a blog but I don’t necessarily identify myself as a blogger because I don’t get paid to be a blogger—I get paid as a freelancer, a photographer, a consultant. Blogger is not on my business card because it’s not my job… I don’t do sponsored posts, I don’t do paid Instagram posts, I don’t do paid blog posts,” she says.
