It’s one of the most important days of the Aus music calendar – right up there alongside Triple J’s Hottest 100, The ARIAs and John Farnham’s birthday – and this year No Standing and Support Act have launched an AusMusic T-Shirt Day competition giving a lucky band/artist the chance to win their own merchandise!

To be in the running, simply register your interest via the application form, and link some merch designs. The designs will be judged by a panel of Aussie superstars and music industry veterans including Fisher (the one and only), Danny Robson (artist manager at Team Leisurely who look after Flight Facilities, Rufus Du Sol, and more), Matt Handley (Sweat It Out Agency), Richard Penny (No Standing), and FOMO Festival. The overall prize offers 100x custom made t-shirts with help from No Standing’s apparel designers.

Entries close at midnight on November 12 with the winning artist/band to be announced on AusMusic T-Shirt Day (Friday, November 15). To top things off, No Standing have pledged to donate $5 to Support Act for every competition entry. Best of luck to those entering! For the rest of us, it’s time to start mentally planning those Aus Music T-Shirt Day outfits.
