New year, new hosts.

triple j have just announced that Ebony Boadu will be taking over the coveted 6pm-9pm House Party slot which was previously occupied by listener favourite, KLP. The 23-year-old DJ who got her start through a mentorship program at FBI radio in 2016 has gone on to establish herself as on one of the premiere spinners in the Sydney scene.

“When one of my mixes got played on triple j last year, it was a really big accomplishment for me. To now be hosting a weekly show where I can share music with people all over the country is super surreal. When I DJ, I aim to play sets that are as creative and as fun as possible, and there’s no better place to do that than on triple j’s House Party,” Boadu says.

For those of you who missed it here’s the mix she played when she was the triple j Friday afternoon DJ last year. Get excited!
