Tired of sub-par Wednesdays? Don’t worry, they’re Working On It.

For the past few months, a weekly house and techno shindig has been busy brewing up a storm at the lush-as Hotel Ravesis upstairs overlooking Bondi Beach.

Now coming up to its ninth instalment, Working On It Wednesdays is a fresh offering from regular local hump-day parties, all about giving locals an avenue to collaborate and showcase their talent. In previous editions, the Working On It resident DJs have teamed up with other Sydney collectives to deliver long nights of ace back-to-backs with the likes of Jahra and Louis of INPUT bunk3r Thursdays, and Harry Sanger from the THIS collective.

Matty Ferg, one half of the Working On It team, and local legend Blake Gilray have put together a bouncy mix full of vinyl digs to give us a little taster as to what we can expect this coming Wednesday, keeping us going ’til then. Kicking off from 8:00pm and with free entry all night, there’s really no reason not to hit up the freshly face-lifted Hotel Ravesis to dance off those mid-week blues.
