triple j Unearthed has just released the list of acts on they are predicting big things from in 2019.

It’s safe to say that the backing of triple j radio is probably the most important thing for a young act trying to make it in Australia. The national broadcaster’s popularity means a few spins and a few requests can really change thing for an artist – just look at G Flip. Now they have released the Unearthed artist who they think will have a big year in 2019 (which pretty much means they will have a big year in 2019.

There’s a few on they list that you’ve probably heard of like hip-hop outfit and LWA faves Triple One, or garage-punk trio Good Doogs, and then there’s some who haven’t quite reached the national radar like post-punk/indie group A. Swayze & The Ghosts, or power-pop singer MANE. Not familiar with a few of them? Don’t worry, you will be soon.
