Since beginning back in 2015, Australians have watched on with envy as Rolling Loud festival continually drop the biggest hip-hop line-ups we’ve ever seen.

Past events have hosted Kendrick Lamar, Post Malone, Future, Cardi B, Rae Seemmurd and more – and Rolling Loud have announced that they will be expanding to Australia this summer. The festival will hit Sydney for a one-off, 16+ event on January 27, taking place are Olympic Park.

“After back to back sell-outs in Miami and Rolling Loud-branded festivals and experiences across the US, we’re thrilled to make our Australian debut,” founders Matt Zingler and Tariq Cherif said.

“Rap music is the most popular and fastest growing genre of music and the world deserves to experience curated lineups of its biggest stars and hottest new talent.”

With the explosion of hip-hop globally and Australia’s own scene diversifying and expanding at an unprecedented rate, we can’t think of a better time for Rolling Loud to make a quick trip down under.

The lineup will be announced this week, but in the meantime, you can acccess pre-sale tickets right here. It’s looking large:
