Off-White head honcho Virgil Abloh is coming to Sydney, and will be headlining a club night from Sydney crew SETTINGS°.

In the midst of the inescapable commotion created by Abloh’s 10 collaborative sneakers with Nike – aptly titled ‘The Ten’ – the designer will be switching over to DJ duties, performing under his Flat White moniker for another edition of SETTINGS° at The Civic Underground.

Having spearheaded some of the most heavily hyped (and bootlegged) brands of recent years like Off-White and Pyrex Vision, Abloh has also worked with the likes of Kanye West, Jay Z and Lil Uzi Vert in bringing their creative vision to life, as well as electronic mainstays like Boys Noize and Brodinski.

This Wednesday, Abloh will be joined by the SETTINGS° crew for a mid-week thumper, with doors opening at 9:00pm. The last SETTINGS° party featured DJ Noodles – touring partner of R&B queen Kehlani – and had the Civic dancefloor rumbling until the early hours of the morning. We’re sure that this time around will be no different, and given the current hype surrounding Abloh, we’d suggest getting down there very early.

The news arrives as Abloh’s own pop-up gallery featuring ‘The Ten’ sneakers remains open in Darlinghurst. See all the info here, and start thinking of excuses to call in sick on Thursday:
