Lyrical exercise with a twist of menace.

In a year that’s already seen Raj Mahal release three singles in ‘What Da Deal’, ‘All Aboard’, and ‘No Suckers’, as well as collaboratons with Triple One, Gibrillah, Phil Fresh, Nerve, and most recently, Yibby, the Sydney-via-Boston rapper is showing no signs of slowing down. Across those tracks Raj has flexed his versatility, bringing different styles and flows to the fore while spitting hard-hitting and characteristically unfiltered bars. It’s a relentless approach that’s even more thrilling on-stage.

Fresh from a surprise appearance at Spotify’s A1 showcase last night to spit his verse-of-the-year contender on collaborative Triple One track, ‘Jitter’, Raj Mahal has dropped a fresh single ‘Demonstration’, today. As the title suggests, Raj Mahal bars up with uncompromising lyrical content, dialling down the ferocity while taking charge over aching synths that fade and swell. The I Digress produced track has a space age video game vibe with Raj’s authoritative bars bringing the song crashing back down to earth. Catch your breath around the one minute mark and catch Raj Mahal at No Limit Fest next weekend alongside HP Boyz, Nerve, Shadow, Rops1 and more.
