Living lavish…

Celebrity house tour videos are everywhere now. Every day you’ll wake up to a video from Architectural Digest or Vogue featuring a celeb showing you around their insane pad, usually with an exorbitant amount of rooms, furnishings or features (Zedd’s house tour comes to mind, the man literally has four ovens!). But it’s safe to say that if there was ever a pioneer in the realm of celebrity house tours, MTV Cribs would be it. The video series was (and still is) one of the most hilariously entertaining house-tour formats out there, producing short-form episodes that give you an insight into the lives of your favourite celebs in a way that no interview or podcast would ever be able to. They were also mad funny from the jump, starting way before the days when everything was scripted. It wouldn’t be uncommon for some downright silly shit to go down in those eps, and we bloody loved them for it.

So, we figured we’d take a little walk down memory lane through out favourite MTV Cribs, filled with some hilarious shenanigans, cringe AF country music and even a stripper pole! It’s pretty crazy to see where all of these stars are now, but even more crazier to see where they were back then. Check it below.
