Despite the passing of founder Hugh Hefner, iconic publication Playboy is still going strong – and today, they’ve announced their 2018 Playmate of the Year.

Hailing from the Bronx, New York, the model returns to Playboy in the biggest way possible after appearing nude in a Playmate pictorial back in April 2017 (which you can see by scrolling down below). This time around, she channels Femlin, a pin-up character that was created by Hefner (and illustrated by Leroy Neiman) that appeared in the magazine way back in 1963.

The accompanying editorial sees Daniele interviewed by fellow Playmate and Bronx native Joyce Nizzari, where they discuss their roots in the borough, the definition of ‘sexiness’ and Daniele’s future ambitions.
