The unlikely collaboration is the perfect start to a new year of ‘Like A Versions’.

Punk/garage duo Hockey Dad enlisted the help of indie-pop singer Hatchie to take on the classic Macy Gray’s 1999 hit ‘I Try’ for this morning’s ‘Like A Version’, and the results are bloody fantastic. They trio have turned the tune into something of a heartstrung duet, but dont worry there’s still plenty of grungey undertones.
