Internet beefs are an odd thing.
In a bizarre turn of events, Lil Yachty got into a spat with acclaimed EDM DJ, Deadmau5, over Twitter.
The beef started when the Atlanta rapper tweeted out, “I wanna do a big edm song and perform it at one of those festivals, which EDM DJ tryna make it with me?” to which Deadmau5 responded, “I’m good. Thanks.”
From there, the two passive-aggressively clapped back at each other (as is usual on Twitter) with several big names chiming in, including Vince Staples, Alison Wonderland, and Loudpvck.
This year, Lil Yachty released Lil Boat 2, while Deadmau5 hasn’t dropped a full-length project since his 2016 album, W:/2016ALBUM/.
