Fresh off a 16-date national tour in support of Butterfingers, Aussie hip hop savant, Rapaport, is hitting the road yet again to launch his sophomore album, Village Idiot.

Rapaport will be making his way through Perth, Brisbane, Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney, Jindabyne and Adelaide. Bringing with him his crisp mic delivery and renowned live set, the Sydney native is enthused to share his new music live:

“I’m really looking forward to sharing these tunes that I put so much of myself into with audiences around the country. The response I have had to album has been really amazing and I’m excited to bring these songs live with the live guitar.”

Village Idiot has been three years in the making, marking an evolution in his multi-faceted sound. Infused with elements of drum and bass, electronica, soul, African groove and even country, Rapaport’s album is bolstered even further with features that read like a who’s who of Aussie hip hop, including Omar Musa, P.Smurf, Mantra & Billie McCarthy.
