Our favourite garage-punkers Skegss’debut album is just around the corner and theyve got the single to prove it.

Always keeping us on our toes, the Skegss lads have (finally) delivered the news that many fans have been waiting for – their debut LP is on it’s way. Announcing yesterday that the record, which is titled My Own Mess will be hitting ears around the country September 7th, the three-piece have also gifted fans with a tasty new video for their single ‘Smogged Out.’

Swapping instruments for paint brushes we see their artistic interpretation of various landmarks in Sydney, and we have to say the art is not bad, though the track is definitely one of their greatest creations so far. ‘Smogged Out’ is an anthemic tune about the frustrations of big city living that all of us who call Sydney home can surely relate to.

Keen or what? You can preorder My Own Mess right here, and we will see you in the Skegss pit at SITG.
