Cast your votes ASAP, because the ‘Hottest 100‘ is open for business.

Every year, Triple J airwaves dedicate an entire day to celebrating the amazing music that was released during the year – and come January, they’ll be reflecting on 2017’s output with the Hottest 100. Now, you can have your say by voting in your favourite tunes of the year on the Triple J website. Last year, Flume’s ‘Never Be Like You’ ft. Kai took out the top spot, while The Rubens and Chet Faker nabbed the gold medal in the years prior – will another Aussie emerge on top for the 2017 countdown?

Votes will close at 9:00am AEDT on Monday, January 22, so you have awhile to ponder your choices. If you’re feeling a little intimidated by the seemingly endless list of tracks to choose from, then you can get some inspiration from the lists compiled by Triple J presenters including Linda Marigliano, Tom Tilley, KLP and more right here.

As advertised last month, the Hottest 100 will move to Saturday, January 27 next year. Meanwhile, Sunday, January 28 will be reserved for the Hottest 200, counting down the tracks that just missed out. Get stuck in, vote now and support your favourite artist on one of the year’s biggest sonic platforms:
