Huffer Newtown Is Celebrating Its First Birthday This Thursday, And You’re Invited

New Zealand streetwear staple Huffer is two decades deep in the game, but it was in 2016 that they finally hopped over the Tasman and opened their first Australian store in Newtown.

Since then, Huffer has proudly stood at 216 King St (and another store at 100 Gould St, Bondi) and will be throwing a 1st birthday blowout on Thursday, October 26 at the nearby Newtown Hotel. Here’s the plus side: Entry is free and open to all, and you just have to RSVP your attendance right here.

Soundtracking the night will be local hip-hop don Captain Franco, one half of the infamous, longstanding Halfway Crooks. He’ll be spinning heaters all night long, before a special guest jumps on for a sneaky set. Spoiler: He/she is really good.
