Ben & Jerry’s Are Making A Salted Caramel, Brownie Flavoured Beer

Ice cream lords Ben & Jerry’s are diversifying their delicious portfolio. They’ve announced a collaboration with New Belgium Brewing, and they’ve got grand plans in store with the ‘Salted Caramel Brownie Brown Ale’.

Yes, that’s right – they’re creating a dessert-themed beer that can actually give you a buzz. It will reportedly hold 6.3% alcohol, and proceeds from the beverage will go to ‘Protect Our Winters’ – an organisation fighting climate change. Soon enough, you’ll be getting pissed, eating liquid brownies and protecting the environment all at once!

While plans around the beer are still in the developmental stages, Senior Global Marketing Manager of Ben & Jerry’s Jay Curley says that fans can expect the product to be “both delicious and impactful”.
