Footage has emerged of a man riding police horse in Chicago that he claims he stole.
As protests over the murder of George Floyd around America turn ugly, it seems that rioters are throwing caution to the wind when it comes to looting. A video taken by a protester on top of a horse – one that he claims to have stolen from the police – has surfaced this morning, with the man seemingly revelling in the attention of his bounty. It coincides with a video of a person, who we can’t confirm is the same person, riding off on a horse.
It’s a bizarre moment in what will hopefully be a cornerstone in overcoming racism and police brutality in America. It doesn’t seem like there is an end in sight, with many cities around the country now resorting to enforcing curfews. Check out the videos below:
