Thats one way to avoid a high water bill…

In an apparent effort to outdo the insanity of 2020, a Queensland man has stripped down for a sneaky shower at his local car wash. We’re not kidding, and if you don’t believe us, there’s video proof. While holding his private area, the Queensland man grabbed the hose from the wall of the Parklands Car and Dog wash in Meridian planes and passed it to his fully-clothed mate, who then had the pleasure of helping him shower. Anything for the homies right?

But in a hilarious turn that we’re betting the QLD man wasn’t aware of, the hose was filled with not only water but chemicals as well. Speaking on the water concoction, Parklands worker Geoff Bowen stated that “The first one it comes out is a high pH, that dissolves grime and bird droppings. The next one is a neutraliser, a low pH. He was in the machine and he kept moving so the sensor detected ‘there’s something wrong here’ and shut the machine off.”

“To do that you have to be young and have young skin. He’d be on fire – like chillijuice on your skin.” Yikes! It seems old mate was definitely feeling the burn, ducking and jumping around as he’s blasted with water in the vid.

Geoffs actually the one who found the footage, who arrived at work earlier this month to find a water hose lying on the ground. Putting two and two together, Bowen said “I just quickly looked at the CCTV to see if anything needs attention and I saw that and I backtracked from there.” What a hilarious surprise that would be.

It seems the business has actually seen quite the boost since Geoff shared the clip on Facebook, with the local legend stating “It’s made it a very pleasant atmosphere, a very jovial workplace.” Geoff’s also given an update on the naked, car wash bandit in the video, assuring people that “The word is that he’s fine, his health is fine, but he’s not enjoying his new-found fame.
