Italian artist and photographer Alessandro Casagrande captures timeless shots focusing on the female form. Since freelancing in Milan, he soon began receiving requests from high-end fashion magazines and brands to shoot editorial with his discerning and evoking gaze.
From Vogue Italia to lookbooks shoots for Philipp Plein and Flaunt Magazine, he infuses his photographs with his particular experience – thoughts, he says and lucid dreams. Particularly inspired by startling women, he says:
“Through their eyes, through their beauty I can capture that sense of loss and desire that everyone enclosed. Women allow us to dream. I consider myself lucky and privileged to be able to express myself with my work.”
