Justin Vague fell in love with the dark room back in his photography class in Year 10. Since then the Melbourne-born photographer has been travelling in between his home city and Sydney waiting for the perfect shot. He take us through a collection of his favourite snaps – featuring friends, babes and froths with a eye for raw detail, each startling image shot on 35mm film.

“I like to get up and go! I don’t geek out over camera gear and I honestly couldn’t give a stuff about how many megapixels your new SLR or phone camera has,” Justin says. “I am always developing my eye and style. It’s so much more than the equipment that is used. I like meeting new people and going on crazy adventures. I like surrounding myself with awesome people, and hopefully one day this will lead to producing an iconic photograph.”
