adidas skateboarding teams from Australia, Japan and Europe took over RMIT University on Saturday.

RMIT’s basketball and futsal courts were converted into a street skater’s paradise over the weekend as part of adidas’ Skate Copa Classic. The inclusive event, which encouraged locals to tackle the terrain, saw international skaters Mike Arnold, Magnus Bordewick, Maite Steenhoudt, Gustav Tonnesen, Kai Kishi and Laurence Keefe join adidas Australia lords Dennis Durrant, Tom Snape, Gabriel Summers and Brad Saunders in the park.

With a cash pool prize of $2K, there was no shortage of big tricks at the makeshift park. Check out the on-court action, as captured by Wade McLaughlin below:
