Whenever anything remotely associated with One Direction is mentioned, you can almost hear the collective squeals of teenagers echo around the globe.

Therefore, it comes as no surprise that when 1D member Niall Horan announced a sole show in Sydney, it sold out instantly. The intimate performance at The Enmore Theatre formed part of Horan’s Flicker Sessions, which acted as a chance for the singer to preview material from his upcoming album Flicker at 10 venues across the world. Australia was lucky enough to nab one of them – and saw Horan face a sold-out crowd while armed with his guitar. The hype is real, and with Harry Styles also soon arriving Down Under, it seems like the 1D fanfare isn’t dying down anytime soon:
