Party & Bullshit
October 17, 2017

If you’ve ever been to Tassie for a gig, you know that the crowds go hard.

There’s something about it down there that makes the crowd go that extra mile in expressing their emotion for the music; it might be something in the water or maybe its just they don’t get as much live music as the rest of the country. So when they do, Tasmanians make sure they don’t waste any time.

Local band Luca Brasi have seen the lack of live music down here, and decided to do something about it. They’ve been throwing these Tassie-style music festivals in their home town of Launceston for the past few years – grabbing a bunch of upcoming and established punk rock bands and throwing them them into a multi-day pub crawl/party.

This year, the lineup consisted of The Bennies, Bad Dreams, Ruby Fields, Ivy League, Camp Cope, Maddy Jane, The Sleepyheads, and much more – three days and three nights of partying and appreciating music.
