When the Sugar Mountain lineup dropped last week, there was one name which we were absolutely stoked to see, and that’s Joey Badass.
Despite being only 22 years old, it’s been a remarkable journey for the Brooklyn rapper. From his highlight appearance on ASAP Rocky’s ‘1 Train’ and rampaging singles like ‘Survival Tactics,’ to his politically-minded album ALL-AMERIKKKAN BADA$$ dropping earlier this year, Joey has proven himself to be one of the most diverse and engaging emcees in the field, without bowing down to current trends within the hip-hop spectrum.
On top of his appearance at Sugar Mountain, Joey will be performing one show in Auckland, before headlining three massive dates in Australia. The lucky cities in question are Brisbane, Perth and Sydney, which will see Joey perform his biggest shows in the country yet. Pre-sales will begin on Tuesday, October 24 with general release tickets arriving two days later on Thursday, October 26 at 10:00am local time. Dates below, and all details here:
