Goldy is the new brainchild between Perth fashion creative director Justin O’Shea and Maurice Terzini, who heads up some of Sydney’s favourite spots including Icebergs, The Dolphin and Da Orazio. They’ve launched a new straight-up, no-fuss gin line after meeting at Icebergs – and while they admit they’re not reinventing the wheel, there’s nothing wrong with perfecting a classic.
