Two of Australia’s biggest dance exports have connected in glorious fashion, with The Presets tackling Alison Wonderland’s recent single ‘Church.’

The Presets – along with the whole Modular crew – will always hold a special place in our hearts, soundtracking our foundational clubbing years in the 2000s with their ultra-infectious anthems. The duo are absolutely everywhere in 2018; whether it’s putting their production touches on DMA’s album For Now, or their own full-length Hi Viz to be released in the coming months.

Now, The Presets have remixed one hell of a tune from Alison Wonderland. ‘Church’ is the lead single from her sophomore album Awake, and ahead of the release on April 6, Alison is delivering a handful of remixes of the track from Naderi, GHOST CHOIR, Party Pupils, Hex Cougar and yes, The Presets. On their take, The Presets seperate and take snippets of Alison’s vocals, giving the track a sense of isolation and a thumping BPM that drives it further onto the dancefloor.

After Alison Wonderland’s album drop, she’ll be performing at Coachella before returning home for Curve Ball in June. Listen to The Presets’ take on ‘Church’ below, and the remix pack will officially drop this Friday. With more projects from both parties on the horizon, it’s looking like a nice time:
