Drake has dropped his first official songs of 2020 after featuring on numerous tracks this year by other artists. In true Drake style, The SixGod dropped a surprise dual visual for his new tracks ‘When To Say When’ and ‘Chicago Freestyle’.
‘When To Say When’ features a gorgeous chopped soul sample with Drizzy rapping about his accomplishments, and the moments that have helped define his accomplishments.
The song then quickly shifts into ‘Chicago Freestyle’, with Giveon lending his deep baritone voice for a suave vocal cut. The track sees Drake get a bit more vulnerable as he discusses past relationships and the mistakes he made.
It seems like Drizzy is hot off a creative streak now, who are we kidding when isn’t he, but if he keeps dropping gems like this there’s no doubt that his eventual follow up to 2018’s Scorpion is gonna be straight fire…
