The hilarious clip sees Yachty channel his inner Oprah as host of The Boprah Show.
Lil Yachty has released a new song and video featuring two of the biggest names in the game, in Drake and DaBaby. The track, titled ‘Oprah’s Bank Account’, is thought to be the lead single from Yachty’s upcoming third studio album, Lil Boat 3, which is due in the coming months and follows the release of the Georgia rapper’s recent 10-track collaborative project with Lil Keed and Zaytoven, A-Team.
Produced by EarlOnTheBeat, ‘Oprah’s Bank Account’ is a typically bouncy and classic Yachty beat which also sees him follow through on a recent promise to “treat 2020 like 2016 with the melodies”. In the accompanying video, directed by Director X, Lil Yachty assumes the role of talk show host (doing his best Oprah impression while also getting off a couple of classic Oprah fits) in studio interviews with Drake and Lil Yachty, and a home-visit to DaBaby’s not so humble abode.
Having come up with the concept, Lil Yachty also penned the skits which see Aubrey bust out his acting chops and discuss fulfilling his ‘light skin capabilities’, while DaBaby shines a light on some industry secrets, his adlibs and gets laced up on a new business opportunity – DaBaby’s Daycare.
