We’ve been bingeing a stupid amount of The Sopranos lately.

If you haven’t watched The Sopranos in iso, who even are you? The groundbreaking HBO show which is widely considered to be one of the greatest TV series ever is the perfect companion for downtime and we’ve been digging right in over the COVID break. We’ve also been delving into Talking Sopranos the new podcast from Michael Imperioli and Steve Schirripa AKA Christopher and Bobby, which is giving a BTS look at each episode. Yes, we’re that into it.

One thing that you can’t escape when watching the series is the gangster and general Italian-American jargon that is thrown in throughout the series. At times it literally sounds like they’re making up words to our tiny Aussie brains, so we’re stoked that HBO has just released a video explaining what words like ‘goomah’ and ‘stugots’ means.
