JXN is taking over your feed Friday at 5pm.

We’ve been soaking up the smooth sounds of Jacko Brazier AKA JXN ever since we premiered his track with Allday ‘Outta Space’ a few weeks ago. Intoxicating rhythms, fire vocals and slick beats are all big factors in making this talented artist one of the most-hyped newcomers in the game, so naturally we’re stoked he’s jumped on board to share an exclusive Live At 5ive set.

That’s right, the Melburnian will is up for episode number six of our series with Boost Mobile, where he’ll be performing some new tracks from his NeverASadAdventure EP, answering your Q&A and even chucking in a cheeky Billie Eilish cover. Can you sum up your life in iso so far in three words?

Relaxing, eager, bored hahaha

Was it weird to release NASA during this time?

Not really I feel like it was honestly a perfect time to release a project, slot of the songs are motivating and inspiring lyrically so it’s good to be able to give people new music they can listen to and connect with!

What new skills have you learnt in isolation? Have you learnt anything about yourself?

I’ve learnt how to cook all of my Mums classics so I can take them to my apartment and entertain 🤣

I’ve learnt that I’m a very social person and love being around others, I miss that.

What have you been bingeing on? TV or otherwise?

I watched White Lines on Netflix, I was addicted but the ending angered me I wouldn’t recommend it haha also The last Dance! Greatest documentary for the greatest ball player of all time!

What have you been doing to stay connected with friends, fans and fam whilst in isolation?

Lots of Instagram lives for the fans, and a lot of FaceTime beers with my mates! We made up an online pub we go to 🤣🤣

If you were to endorse any iso-related product what would it be?

Hmmmm, sleep tea, healthy camomile tea that helps you sleep cause of the no routine thing it’s easy to stay up so so late, which I have been struggling with until I found the sleepy tea! Haha

Have the last few weeks inspired any new music?

Yes for sure! I’m just super keen to get back in the studio! I’ve got some really exciting sessions with artists and writers and producers coming up!

What’s the first thing you’re gonna do when the lockdown fully ends?

Well have a little birthday shindig, my birthday is end of June!

What can we expect from your Live At 5ive performance?

My classics all acoustic and a little cheeky Billie eilish cover :) Raw and acoustic!
