But then again beach bods are overrated…

Summers coming up, and no doubt we’re all frothing for those daily beach seshes. Especially after the year we’ve had, we deserve to have countless hours out in the sun, frolicking to our hearts delight. But, with holidays comes a beautiful amount of dinners, eating out with your mates you haven’t seen in yonks, or you just saw the other day. It’s a given with this special time of the year, and there are far too many options to choose from. So, you can either stave off from those choices and get ready for summer with a gorgeous beach bod, or, like us, you can give in to your desires and indulge in a little something something (we recommend the letter). So, here are seven IG accounts not to follow if you want that beach bod. Check it below.

Jimmys Burgers

Author of The Burger Book in Victoria, Jimmys burgers features almost every good looking food you can think of. Burgers, pizzas, Oreo doughnuts! It’s literal foodie heaven, and it’s bloody ravishing. Old mate even reviews Maccas burgers, so if you’re tempted to try that Spicy Chicken burger but don’t wanna risk the disappointment, hit his feed up, as he’s probably already tried it.

The Hamburgler

His bio reads “Just a Jew who loves bacon in burgers”, and boy, that’s a gorgeous little summary. Melbourne’s Michael G AKA The Hamburgler is something of a connoisseur of the culinary world, trying various chips, burgers, doughnuts, ice creams, you name it! All with some hilarious memes and posts sprinkled in for good measure. From the gorgeously unbelievable high-end burgers to those you’d find at your local corner shop, Mike’s feed has it all. Definitely check it out.

Hulk Smash Food

He’s not here to fuck spiders, but he’s definitely here to review some gorgeous food. Hulk Smash Food which is situation again in Victoria (we’re sensing a pattern here) isn’t messing around with his feed, diversifying from the classic burger to prawns to wings and pancetta. Again, another foodie who is in no way above a good Maccas feed, old mate really pulls you in with his ability to review pretty much anything. Also, special shoutout to those insanely stacked burgers, which is definitely visually pleasing.

Big Papas Food Truck

Sydney’s Big Papas Food Truck is a serious heavy hitter in the Sydney fast food space. Located in Campbelltown, it’s luscious range of burgers, fries, hotdogs, wings and Philly cheese stakes make you feel like you’re in a gorgeous American sports drama, devouring a culinary masterpiece while planning your next move toward world domination. Their menu is always evolving as well, so you never know what you’re gonna get with these beauties.

Two Hungry Bears

Two Hungry Bears in Narrabean is a staple on the beaches, it’s American style menu and dining (they’ve got the little red baskets!) making for the most filling of culinary seshes. Trading Thursday to Sunday 12pm to 8:30pm and Wednesday 4:30pm to 8:30pm, the burger joint is practically a one stop shop for your binging needs. It’s even available on Ubereats, which is also a huge bonus on its own.

Burgertory

Melbourne’s Burgertory is exactly what it sounds like. A nirvana-like escape filled with gorgeous deserts, burgers, wins, the list keeps going. It really makes the art of presenting food into a properly immersive experience, and just looking at their feed we’re in a bloody trance. Their motto is “sinfully delicious”, and honestly that seems pretty bang on. Definitely check them out.

Milky Lane

We’re not exaggerating here when we say that Milky Lane is straight up iconic, it’s boundless range of foods and alcoholic beverages second to none. It’s pretty much the go to for any special occasion, for when you’ve finished that final exam or when you’re on date night and wanna properly send it. Another establishment that makes a proper art out of presenting it’s foods, we can’t recommend them enough.
