Picture this, you’re sitting poolside watching a bunch of pro surfers rip at URBNSURF in Victoria, sipping cocktails and munching on delicious food from Three Blue Ducks while one of your favourite DJs/musicians is shredding on stage. Sound heavenly? Well For The Love have answered your prayers with a world-first event series coming this February.

Over Feb 19th, 20th and 21st, Australia’s first and only wave pool will be hosting chart-topping producer Hayden James, tongue-flailing banger merchant DJ Fisher and moustachioed strumlord Ziggy Alberts. It’s the kind of news that makes us feel like 2021 is going to be the year that things turn around.

For The Love is also dedicated to making a positive impact with their ‘Music For Oceans’ initiative, actively creating awareness around eliminating single-use plastic, both at their events and in our daily lives, and these events will be free of single-use plastic and completely sustainable. The event is also part of the federal government’s RISE (Research Investment to Sustain and Expand), which is looking to rejuvinate the music, surfing, fashion, hospitality and travel industries post covid AKA the time when we need it most!
