Drake is definitely building up the hype for his upcoming album Certified Lover Boy, slowly but surely re-entering the spotlight as he gears up for another lap of world domination. And no doubt fans are absolutely chomping at the bit for new Drizzy, the Toronto OG’s signature brand of hard-hitting bars and cruisey melodies resonating with hearts across the world.

It looks like we’re gonna have to wait a little bit longer for the new record, but in the meantime, we’ve gotten a reminder of Drake’s superb acting skills (and huge muscles). The ‘In My Feelings’ singer has thrown it back to the days of Degrassi for State Farm, appearing in their star-studded Super Bowl commercial.

The ad, which features Marvel star Paul Rudd and NFL superstar Aaron Rodgers, sees Drizzy appear in the tightest State Farm polo shirt ever, portraying Jake from State Farm’s stand in. The two come to a bit of a clash, with Drake talking over Jake several times before Jake has to shut him down, stating that “Stand ins dont have lines.”
